Delivery Policy

General Items:

Delivery times - We aim to despatch goods immediately if the item is in stock.

Customers will be notified of out of stock goods with expected delivery times.

Postage and Packing:

A handling fee of 75p + VAT is added to all orders, postage is via Royal Mail first class parcel post and cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order.

• Returns Policy

Breakages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 24hours of delivery.

Please contact us by telephone on 01440 710 568 or email returns@wirecrimpingtools.co.uk to arrange for the items to be returned for inspection. The postage (max £15) will be refunded upon confirmation that the fault is ours.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach ZB Tools @ Diselon.
